Brown & White began in 2023 when a husband-and-wife duo introduced the art of smoked cocktails to Lebanon for the first time. Our name reflects us personally — he’s Brown, she’s White — and also the essence of our craft: the warm brown of fine wood and the ethereal white of smoke. Two personalities united in balance and a shared passion for creating unforgettable drinking experiences.
Our cocktail smoker kits are designed for flavor, presentation, and gifting. Every chimney is handcrafted from premium beech wood, paired with a high-quality refillable torch and four carefully selected natural wood chips — apple, oak, pecan, and cherry — each dried to the ideal moisture level for clean, aromatic smoke.
